We collect information you provide directly: your email address at signup, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), and the content you add to your vault (stored encrypted; we cannot read it).
We also collect standard usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, and device/browser type — used only to improve WillBot.
We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. Ever.
Vault contents are encrypted client-side with AES-256 before they reach our servers. We hold encrypted ciphertext only. Your decryption key never leaves your device. We cannot read your vault — not your passwords, messages, or documents.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request full deletion at any time by emailing support@willbot.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. California residents may submit CCPA requests to privacy@willbot.com.
We use a single analytics cookie to distinguish unique visitors. No cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes to this policy.
