Effective date: June 17, 2026
By creating a WillBot account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WillBot.
WillBot provides an encrypted digital legacy vault, beneficiary management, and automated delivery of your chosen information to designated contacts upon verified death. WillBot is not a legal service and does not constitute a will, trust, power of attorney, or legal advice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information. You may not use WillBot for any unlawful purpose.
WillBot is a subscription service. Trials begin on signup. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds. See pricing at willbot.polsia.app/paywall.
Vault access requires multi-party death verification: 2 of 3 trusted contacts, a verified death certificate, human review, and a 72-hour waiting period. WillBot reserves the right to refuse vault access if verification criteria are not met or if fraud is suspected.
WillBot is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WillBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of vault contents due to circumstances outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with notice. Upon termination, vault contents are deleted within 30 days.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes to these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
